A Casually Elegant Wedding: Brittney + Jay's Wedding Programs

Brittney and I used to work together and I always wanted to steal whatever she was wearing to work that day.  She just has a great sense of style and knows how to put an outfit together.  That's why it was no surprise to me when I heard what the motif and color palette would be for Brittney and Jay's wedding: black and white damask with apple green accents.  Modern, elegant, and FUN!  Love it!

Brittney was really interested in programs that were black with white text.  The only ways to get true white text printed on stationery is to either have it screen-printed (which can give you somewhat transparent lettering) or to have it engraved, both of which are labor intensive and can get pretty pricey.  Since Brittney needed a lot of programs, we went a more economical route and laser printed the programs in black onto white paper with a full bleed, full page print.  The front and back featured their black and white damask with a pop of apple green:

The inside, printed completely in black around the text, revealed white wording.  Very modern, very cool!
